Addition: The existing dwelling layout with dimensions, a dimensioned plan showing the new addition, a roof plan covering both existing and proposed conditions, and at least one elevation showing existing and addition heights.
Interior remodel: The existing floor plan with dimensions, plus a dimensioned plan indicating the areas being modified.
