Jackie Rowland Named Board Chair of Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council

NEFBA’s Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council has named Jackie Rowland, CEO of Russell Rowland, Inc., as its Board Chair for 2021. PWB advocates for, supports and inspires women in the building industry by providing opportunities for both professional and personal development. Jackie has been an active member of PWB since 2018.

“I’m excited about serving as PWB chair this year and plan to focus on continuing our luncheon series, growing our membership network, volunteering with Girls, Inc. and implementing a mentorship program.” said Jackie.

Jackie’s company, Russell Rowland, is an independent, women-owned engineering firm headquartered in Jacksonville. As the company’s founder and CEO, Jackie has nearly a decade of experience in structural engineering and has extensive experience managing design teams. Prior to founding Russell Rowland, she specialized in high-wind engineering design for residential and light commercial structures all over the southeast.
