Provided full structural engineering services for a custom metal shade structure at the Aston at Town Center, a contemporary multifamily community. The second-story cabana structure spans approximately 1,273 square feet and rises 10 feet in height. The design features an aluminum framing system with engineered metal tie-downs embedded into the concrete slab, secured with aluminum plates and fasteners to ensure long-term strength, stability, and performance.
