Delivered structural engineering services for the renovation of the historic Duck Pinz Bowling Alley in Fernandina Beach, Florida. The project included the addition of a second-story bar with an exterior deck, new first-floor restroom facilities, and portal framing to create a large second-floor opening that visually and physically connects both levels. The design enhanced functionality and structural efficiency while preserving the character of this local landmark.
